As a best-selling author, he has written 11 books, including his latest work, "Radical Business," which received critical acclaim and ranked among the top 10 must-have books by CEO Today Magazine and Amazon's top 100 Sustainable Business books.

Throughout his career, John has worked with organizations globally, from the UK to the UAE and Singapore to the U.S. He has a diverse background, having led businesses of varying sizes and running teams from 5 to 1,000 members. Prior to academia, he had successful stints as a business school dean and professor in Singapore for almost two decades.

John's rich experiences with remarkable people in numerous countries have led him to impart invaluable 'next practice' insights in his books, articles, workshops, and keynote presentations. As a Regional Managing Director at Duke CE, he has contributed to the book "The Market Oriented University" and authored the third edition of "Measuring Marketing." Additionally, he has published 13 articles in leading applied global business journals.
